THIBAULT

The son of Claude and Jean-Rene, Thibault grew up on the farm and knows it like the back of his hand. It was on the old Deutz farm tractor where he spent his childhood years. It was during this time that he became conscious of the environmental impacts of our actions. It is why today he so pridefully directs the domaines efforts to become carbon neutral.

His favorite cuvee: L’extra brut. With its triple fermentation it, like Thibault, makes no concessions.

ETIENNE

The young cidermaker of our Domaines brings with him an immense passion for cider and agriculture, with a sensible approach to the issues facing the environment and farming today. His competence and determination manifests in the creation of the great ciders of the domaine.

His favorite cider is the Cuvee Claude because it represents the eclipse between traditional cider and delicateness.

PIERRE

When Pierre met Thibault in 2015, it was discovered that his great-grandfather was the veterinarian of the Domaine during the period of Maurice. It was in this spirit that Pierre’s entrepreneurial energy for the Domaine was born. In 2018 Pierre proposed the question to Thibault: “Why not?” It was the last motivation the two needed to continue writing the history of the Domaine together, and today Pierre dedicates himself to the sustainable prosperity of the company.

His favorite cider is L’inattendue, the unexpected, as this aged cider reminds him of memories from his childhood, of summers on the beaches of Saint Aubin sur mer with his family.

SEBASTIEN

Sebastien worked alongside Jean-Rene for years when the Domaine passed to Thibault. Due to Sebastien’s knowledge and experience the Domaine continued to smoothly operate during the transition. With a hand in all aspects of the cultivation and production, there are no secrets he does not know. Whenever necessary, it is his skills that help guide us on the right path.

His favorite cider is the “Brut” because in its complexity it remains linear and complete.
